“Tri Media Intelligence's” TV audience panel has expanded

"Tri Media Intelligence" is a Georgian television audience measurement company, which is a licensee of the world industry leader "Kantar" in Georgia.

The company offered its clients the first data from 2016. “Tri Media Intelligence” is the first in Georgia who started measuring guest and time-shifted viewing. It is also the only company in the Georgian market that has started to measure television viewing of regional and foreign language channels.

From 2016 to the present, the television viewing panel included 7 cities of Georgia: Tbilisi, Rustavi, Gori, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, Poti, Batumi. From December 2022, the new panel will include all regions of Georgia - 44 cities and 233 villages, with the exception of the occupied territories.

As of December 2022, the number of households where "Tri Media Intelligence" has installed a TV viewing measurement device - peoplemeters - is 800 units, representing 3,110,000 viewers.

Along with the expansion of panel research, “Tri Media Intelligence” has also updated its technical equipment. Georgia is one of the first among “Kantar's” partner countries to use the latest technology in the world in the form of tablet peoplemeters and a new system hosted on Microsoft's virtual servers.

"Tri Media Intelligence" continues to provide accurate and diverse information to the media space of Georgia, using modern research methods, which contributes to the improvement of the television sector.
